Linda R Taffet

Linda R. Taffet founded The Legal clinic in 1978. Her goal was to provide quality legal services at lower rates. This included a high volume, no frills service. We encourage clients to participate and complete many tasks themselves in order to keep the fees manageable.

Ms. Taffet has tried many cases in Court regarding sole and shared custody, as well as support. But the goal is first to settle the case in an equitable and fair manner. Her 30 years of experience and her background assists her in creative solutions to complex issues.

Ms. Taffet often represents parties in Restraining Orders in the District Courts.

She also has been appointed by several Judges to conduct Mediation for Divorce, Support, and Custody.

In addition, Attorney Taffet does Wills and simple Trusts.
